Anchor Mini Storage is located right off of State Route 260 in Cottonwood, AZ. We’re close to Yavapai College, making us the ideal storage solution for local college students in need of extra space. Our facility is also a 15-minute drive from Sedona, an hour and a half drive from Phoenix, and an hour from Flagstaff, AZ. Find us in between Big O Tires and Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

From Cottonwood, AZ
- Head south on Main St until it becomes Hwy 89A
- Turn right at the Starbucks and go south on AZ-260
- Anchor Mini Storage will be on the right (past Chevron)
From Sedona or Page Springs, AZ
- Take Hwy 89A toward Cottonwood
- Turn left at Taco Bell using the left two lanes
- Anchor Mini Storage will be on the right (behind Big-O Tires)
From Jerome or Clarkdale, AZ
- Take Hwy 89A toward Cottonwood
- Turn right onto AZ-260 after Dunkin Donuts
- Anchor Mini Storage will be on the right after the Fir St traffic signal.
From Cottonwood-Verde Village, AZ
- Follow Western Dr toward AZ-260
- Take AZ-260 north toward Cottonwood
- Anchor Mini Storage will be on the left (before Big-O Tires)
From Cornville, AZ
- Head west on E Cornville Rd toward Cottonwood
- Turn left onto Hwy 89A
- Turn left at Taco Bell (on the right)
- Anchor Mini Storage will be on the right (behind Big-O Tires)
